Niraj is the CEO of axe adventure, who has 10 years of experience in adventure field and is also actively involved in promoting adventure sports in India. He head many camps and courses like Bungee Jumping, White water rafting, Kayaking, Rowing, Paint Ball, Climbing etc. He has also working experience with MEG army as a trainer for Aqua sports like river rafting , Rescue training , Kayaking and many more adventurous outdoor activities. He also designs outdoor equipment, create and test those.  He had evolved an interest in outdoors right from his childhood and has experience from his turns as he comes from an adventure family background. His policy is “No compromise and risking on safety”.

Ms.Vandana is secretary of axe adventure comes from an experienced background in adventure sports and other sports too. She has bagged a gold and a silver medal in sports climbing competitions and also have bagged several medals in Zonal, Open, Nationals and State levels. To say she’s an all rounder. She is not only a champion in sport climbing but also has represented Karnataka State in soft ball and district in kho-kho and kabadi. Above all, she has completed her diploma course in fashion designing and apparel production in Indian Institute of Fashion Technology with a A+ certification . Moreover she leads many camps like climbing, rafting, paintball and many more adventure games, she comes with 6 years of experience.

Ms. Manju comes from an excellent background in tele communication. She has several years of experience in Just Dial and has also worked as a secretary in TLC Insurance Company and now currently she leads Marketing, Telemarketing and customer support and her experience give us an extra edge in business.
Those of us who have been lucky enough to have worked with her, she’s struck by her ability of her to have fun in her job.

Ashish is program coordinator of Axe adventure. Who has an experience in program facilitating by a team of highly committed individuals who is well trained in health aspects and safety standards & more over he is an experienced & expert river rafting guide who can be often found near gangas….

He also has handled & operated many corporate & children’s camp & we are very lucky to work with him in Axe.
