Ramnagaram is located in between rocky-mountains hardly 80 kms from Bangalore. The Anna Thama rock is surrounds the rock formations here. The Handi Gundi surrounds from the right. Ramnagaram is popular for rocky projection all around. Ramnagaram is famous for rock climbing expeditions here. The cliffs which are nothing but pure granite are 70 feet high. A typical day at Ramnagaram may start with people arriving on the destination. You will break fast en route and then arrive at the trekking point. Along with rappelling, you may be interested in rappelling from 120 feet steep mountain top. The rest of the day you might indulge in Zip line and Chimney Climbing. The best time to do this trek is from November to April.
